A&R Permits was founded in 2024 by us, Alesia Davis and Rosario Cartagena. A&R Permits is proudly women-owned and operated. Our journey began from a shared passion we discovered in our previous roles, where we found joy in helping clients, problem solving and constantly learning about the industry.
